From Bethesda's High Res Texture Pack, only the "sticky" web texture was improved from 512x512 to 1024x1024.

Textures to increase web and egg detail. Cobwebs are a bit more dense and finer. Fresh webs look stickier.
To Install:
Extract "Data" folder from 7zip file and place in [...]\steamapps\common\skyrim folder.
To Update:
Extract "Data" folder from 7zip file and place in [...]\steamapps\common\skyrim folder and overwrite everything.
To remove, delete the following:
In data\textures\effects:
