Mage Charlie\'s home in Riften with a small new location, custom armor textures, custom weapon, custom spell book and some custom potions plus a small quest to the Lost Treasure Hidden for years, Can you find it?

Mage Charlie has left Skyrim again and left you in charge of his home, He has left you with his custom armor to use and plenty of other things as well. He has given you a quest to find the Lost Treasure with riches beyond your wildest dreams leaving notes in places for you to find and eventually claim the Lost Treasure. This has been no easy feat others have tried looking for it but none have returned how far will you get?!
This home comes complete with:
Kitchen
Bedroom
Alchemy lab
Crafting area
Working torch Sconces
Fire places
Mannequins
Weapon racks
Bookcases
Secret room and secret exit
Plenty of safe storage no re-spawns
Custom armor inc texture
Custom Weapon inc texture
Custom Staffs
Custom potions
Custom spell
Follower friendly
A small quest
Hidden treasures
All areas navmeshed

Uploaded file with out the script in it so I have fixed that now sorry about that everybody but this has been my first quest mod ever.
If anything is not working now please let me know and I will fix it.
Fixed the armor using the wrong models
To update if you have installed old version you will need to take any items you have stored in the home out and then put update in the same data folder.
Location: next to Valindor's Home in Riften
To install please place all files in \Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\ and click Yes when asked.
To uninstall please take out the file in data and the ones in textures, meshes and scripts
Bugs: please let me know if you find any.
This is my first attempt at making a quest mod or re-texture so it may not be perfect if you find anything that doesn't work please let me know, I did start off with custom voices as well that I added but I could not get those to work in game without reloading a save just after starting the game so I took them out, if anybody knows how to make custom voices work properly please let me know.
