Once the king of Halloween, my crown now gone, Obsolete and forgotten, still I will carry on. To Skyrim's modding realm, I may return someday, But unlawful forks have made it sour to my dismay.
In this kingdom of spooks, I used to reign supreme, My creative prowess a never-ending dream. But as I face these forks and tread a different way, I'll find new paths and passions to light my way each day.
My resignation from modding spooks, I hereby impart, Perhaps one day we'll meet again, with a fresh new start. As I leave the realm of ghouls and ghostly display, I'll cherish the memories until our paths cross someday.
There is a far superior Halloween mod to mine out there that literally took everything from this and just improved on it, so thank you everyone for all the years of fun; but this is the last time I'll be checking here as it's just a daily reminder of my failures to both myself and my community. I'm going to be leaving this up for the time being for anyone still playing Oldrim though.
a must have! I like the high quality textures and the music really gets you into the festival's spirit and the best of all is that i haven't experienced even 1 crash since installing this. The only thing i found strange is that some objects like gildergreen in whiterun are misplaced and some pumpkins are placed in the air which isn't a serious issue. most mods that change city decorations in whiterun or solitude make the game CTD while getting near them or fast traveling. this one however takes some time to crash. THANKS!
Scratch the updating this in 2020 idea. The Oregon Wildfires, specifically Southern Obenchain has burned down our house and ALL of our belongings and we didn't even have insurance. We still haven't gotten our cats yet and we had legit NO warning at all that this disaster was even coming. We're staying at my aunts for now till we figure something out and I'm just on my moms laptop.
Seems fate itself was against me updating the Epic Halloween Overhaul.
Thanks. I may redo it next year though in order to mix things up. Been so nostalgic of Halloween Overhauling as of late. Also still need to get around to updating it to work properly with legendary edition.
It's always on my mind all through October. Maybe next year if I can pick up Skyrim Special Edition cheap somewhere as I'm still using Oldrim and people have issues with Oldrim for reasons that are beyond my understanding. Was actually planning it for this year as I swore I bought it at some point, but it seems I didn't.
theres a song i noticed wasnt on the soundtrack download i dont know the name of it nor could i ever really make out what they were saying except for the line "darlin, darlin rock that coffin-" and id really like to know what song that is
That may have been a song called like zombie party, was like 6 years back when I found them and I have been planning on replacing all the songs, so I may not recall exactly.
Sooo... love this mod. Only a couple things. First, is the clown just a statue? Both times I encountered him, he just stands there. Secondly, I had nowhere near the amount of enemies spawn that other players seem to get (I looked up videos because I got stuck lol) And third, the door leading to the note bugged out for me, I had to use the console to ghost through it for the quest to continue)
I really love how this mod looks and everything. However, it does kind of quarantine the Falkreath cemetery, and I need access to it for some quests. Is there any way to get around those walls?
