• Coming changes for Torch Arrows 2.0

  Hello folks
  
  First of I'd like to thank everyone that has downloaded Torch Arrows and provided constructive feedback and endorsements. Endorsements and feedback are what motivate modders like me, and it great to see when the community takes an interest in your mod.
  
  Secondly, if you haven't tried out Torch Arrows, I suggest that you download it and try it out
  
  Anyway, what I am working on for Torch Arrows 2.0:
  
  - Arrows not disappearing after they hit their target
  - Arrows will extinguish if they hit water
  
  Both of these require scripting, and I am very new to Papyrus, so please bear with me. Any scripting help would be greatly appreciated.
