I looked all over the tower and couldn't find the spell tome. @_@ All there was was a random Restoration skill book at the top of the tower next to a skeleton... Is it in a place where I could have kicked it off, or is there a console command I can type in to get it?
I've been looking for this EXACT thing for months. I even tried to make my own mod for a fox follower, but I couldn't get it to work right. ENDORSED!!!
@jonhsfox Hmm, that seems weird. I would ask if you were still in combat, but if the spell won't work... Are you sure you installed the Scripts folder correctly? The spell is based off scripts, so not having them installed properly could prevent it from working.
Need help here, he doesn't talk to me even after inserting set PlayerAnimalCount to 0, after I insert this the console writes it on the screen but don't show any command or feedback, the power don't seem to work to.. maybe because i couldn't make him follow me yet

@kurotwotails It was just a house mod in Oblivion, located in Pale Pass. No more hints =p
