Removes the VoicesFollowersNeutral form list prerequisite for followers. Full vanilla dialogue menus for everyone, including children.

I wouldn't be surprised if this has been done before, but I couldn't find it anywhere when I needed it, so here it is for convenience.
I just removed the prerequisites that restrict follower dialogue to a select few NPC voices. This should allow you to set any NPC as a follower through console commands, or the included batch file.
Install/Use:
1. Download with NMM or extract
2. Check VoicesFollowerNeutral.esp in your mod manager or data files
3. Open the console and select the NPC you want as a follower
4. Type "bat follower"
Characters with voices that aren't on the restricted form list will obviously be partially or entirely unvoiced, but other than that I haven\'t found any downsides or conflicts. Works with most NPCs from other mods as well.
