This worked fine for me up until two days ago. From then on I can activate a different character (or so it says) but when I exit and re-run the program the previous character is still the active one. In other words, I cannot swap characters at all now. It will not truly activate a different character and un-activate the previous one. If I launch the game after selecting a different character all I have are saves from a few days previous on that previous character with none of the most recent save games.
If that's confusing, here's a different way to look at it:Character A is the active character. If I wish to switch to character B, when starting the game the only save games are from character A several days ago. If I tell the Manager to switch to B, then close the manager after activating it, then restart the Manager, character A is still shown as active.
Quite frustrating to not be able to play any of my other characters at all now. If there a way I can manually fix the save game files or undo what this program has done, and try again to get it to work properly?
Unfortunately it can not be unpacked on my 64bit W7. It gives an error, and nothing is found. I think it is good to create an .exe that gives some kind of error message, not just vanishes without anything, don't you think so?
Does this allow me to use more than one character on a (one) save? So, let's say I created 3 characters on this Manager, could I switch between those 3 characters while having only one save, or do all the created character have their own separate save?
as you quoted in the info page, you are trying to switch saves as well. A word of advice: Please consider the path for the plugin and loadorder as well. (eg. C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Skyrim). Most save manager aren't able to do this, but its essential bec. of the mods and their loadorder!
Been Using it all day working great for me. I have 2 sons that want to p;ay also, so this was just something I was looking for. For the crash on closing. I just leave it running. It stays in my top right corner of my screen. Doesn't effect anything.
