Be sure to check his inventory. He has a diary that'll boost your archery skills, and some cabbages (obviously). You'll find Olaf propping up the bar in Whiterun's Drunken Huntsman tavern.
Installation is easy. Either download it with the Nexus Mod Manager, or just copy the contents of the .rar into your Skyrim 'data' folder. When Windows asks if you want to merge folders, say yes. Nothing will be overwritten. Voila!
