   Does this fix is included in USKP 2.0.2. If not why? Its a real bug for me...

      Because we'd been waffling over the idea since the original report to our bug tracker. It's in 2.0.5 now though, with all credit to Chilean Wolf for providing the fix and being generous enough to allow its use

   Essential mod! However, it seems to overwrite a mesh from Dawnguard. I was wondering if this was intended?

      Well, it's the head of an Argonian NPC, so to answer Andreilg's original question: it's irrelevant if the mesh's from Dawnguard or not.

      It doesn't, you need Horns Are Forever for the horns to show up on your player character.

    SMPC includes this fix and also fixes all full-helmets (guards, dwarven, daedric etc.) decapitations and improves this fix further removing a bug: argonian horns were clipping through hoods/full-helmets (e.g. actor Beem-Ja).
    
    Credits to Chilean Wolf who discovered the bug.
