Modders resource facepack (not for complete beginner in texturing and photoshop)
example
a great tutorial how to create base face texture, from scratch in photoshop http://www.madartgraphics.com/paint-a-face-texture.html
something to keep in mind when creating face texture
pointy example noose, light color(most exposed to light) semi pointy example chins, forehead(middle color flat smoth shapes that is hidden from light, darker color example neck.
always have light and color tones in mind when painting the face, since the map if forward light, u paint it lika that or it will look very odd in game if the light is painted from somewhere else
just google up a face texture where light comes from front and paint after that, basemap got some shadow guidance to lead u right useful tip(always use layers for EVERYTHING u do)!
as always leave small credit if use this in your work
