Turns Hjerim's second floor into a practical smithy. Includes tanning rack, grindstone, workbench, smelter, anvil and wood chopping block. There are spawns one each of notched pickaxe and poacher's axe as well for convenience. If there are any bugs and you know how I should fix them tell me about it.
