Please forgive me if this Mod is poorly done, it's my first one and I'm a bit of a modifying noob :P
Adds more Thieves Guild members and Bar Patrons to the Ragged Flagon.
Adds: - More members of different races - An extra bar man - Bar Patrons
Notes:
The NPC's added to the Flagon are given guild and flagon status, however they are only there for atmosphere, so appart from a 'Hello!' they don't really speak much :D
