The mod adds houses and shops :

The player will be able to find a shop selling hunting articles (bows and arrows).
A library allowing to find several types of books.
A Scrivener allowing the player to invest in trading, to buy properties and titles.
A fence to discover further, allowing the player to sell stolen articles or
buy specific objects (for instance: hooks)
A new stable with three horses with different caracteristics.
A bank allowing the player to do some financial operations.
More than 500 treasures are to be discovered in all the maps !
(containers; coffins; barrels; new weapons; aso…)
All the shops have vaults containing their savings.
Secret passages, amazing premises are also to be discovered.
A special Hunting place was set up : improved arrows efficiency,
the Hunting is a more profitable activity (increase of the value of the skins …)
All the armors and tunics are unblocked and can be worn by the player only if
he discovers them.
All is put in place to allow the player to craft his desire.
A lot more to discover…

Loot system much more balanced :

1- No Jewels findable on dead animals
2- During the NPC search; possibility to find on them their savings (random value) ;
it will also be possible to find on some of them the key for their vault at the bank.

The Scrivener :

1/ Properties :
3 Houses and 1 manor to be sold;

2/ Purchases/ Investments :
- The player can buy and invest in several Businesses engaging a certain amount
of money desired by the shop manager…
in counterpart, the player will receive a daily income for the rest of his life.
This payment will be deposited every 24hrs in a vault that the bank will give him.

3/ Purchase of Titles of Nobility:
The Jarl wishes to reinforce his security, and then offers the player the possibility
against payment to acquire a title of Nobility by the Scrivener.
This is a bit costly however this Title brings several privileges :
For instance, for the title of "Knight", Whiterun protector.

The player will be given a complete armor, a sword, a shield and a horse from Jarl's stable.
And furthermore, the Jarl will offer a complete daily income for the rest of the life !

The Bank :
*************
-possibility to buy a vault
-possibility to do lawns in order to get cash rapidly. However, three days later,
you will be required to reimburse with the interests !

No incompatibility known to date.

The mod was designed in order for the player to find more interest in the gameplay.
He can play a Baron, a Knight, a Captain, An Explorer, A treasure Hunter, a thief,
a Hunter, a craftsman…

This with much more interest due to the improvements of the mod!
