This is a version of 'Stakado Cinemascope ENB - Near to zero performance loss (Real setting)'
I tweaked it for my liking & is specifically designed to work with 'Project Reality - Climates Of Tamriel - Weather - Lighting by JJC71' Check both mods out as they are amazing.
This is uploaded because of a request. I don't know how to make this page look amazing as other mod authors can; if someone wants to upload this file & make a beautiful page complete with magnificent fonts & glorious images, be my guest.
Instalation
Download the file manually; unzip & put in \Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim
(Where the TESV.exe file is)

You need the d3d9.dll file which can be downloaded from:http://enbdev.com/mod_tesskyrim_v0108.htm
Unzip the file & put the d3d9.dll file from the wrapper folder in the Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim folder.

Make sure (bFloatPointRenderTarget to 0) is changed in the Skyrimprefs.ini file which is in
\Users\yourname\Documents\My Games\Skyrim

+30 saturation.
DYNAVISION settings I use:
Static Depth Of Field + Strongest setting
I set the Brightness in the Display setting of Skyrim 12 notches from left to right (Meaning 12 notches from zero.)
Disclaimer:
I use a personal texture for rocks as I hated the grey of the vanilla; if the rocks look different in your game that's why
