I return to the modding scene after 4 years of absence, for Skyrim Special Edition.
I did not think that my simplest and most basic mod was the one that had the most success. Given the demand there is, I will hasten to publish the same for Skyrim SE. And as many people ask me this same mod, but reversed (understanding reducing the threat ratio instead of increasing it), I will also suggest this option.
From 0.001 to 1000 without forgetting the 0 (to never have the combat music)
Perhaps I am just not very bright, but how would I install this with MO2? Trying to comes with a message about something like the mod not being set up correctly. That is likely due to how the file is set up with all of the possibilities in the same folder if I am understanding correctly. I've tried disabling the alternate versions before creating the mod in MO2, but that didn't seem to work. Anyone happen to have an idea on how to solve this?
Edit: Of course, I could just use the old version that only had the original 1,000 version of the threat value. I would still like to know what might happen if the threat value is pushed even higher though as noted by Command414 below. Might have to test that,
What happens if I set the threat ratio higher than 1,000? The reason I'm asking is because of the fortify restoration glitch thing of making smithing equipment very high that would cause the combat music to not play sometimes unless there are multiple dragons or powerful enemies or the Civil War battles.
Did anything come of this? I would like to know as well. Still, this mod will help a little bit at least, since it moves the threshold closer to what is possible with the Fortify Restoration trick over what the base level is.
Ok if anyone has the World Eater Beater installed and has no music, I have figured it out. Once you complete the main quest and kill Alduin for whatever reason the music no longer plays except for about 5 second on loading a save game, then it disappears. This mod does not fix the problem unfortuanately, so if anyone knows of a fix please let me know.
I have this problem so its a shame seeing such good raves about this but Im not getting no music other than one song that randomly repeats, must be the "main/main" track but I now seldom hear anything at all and yes I put on this patch which is badly built because MO2 rejected it due to some data structure error. So what a shame its so buggy not everyone will get to enjoy it. From the raves about it.
Playing Skyrim surprisingly stable with over 200 mods i do get leveling up relatively quickly, however the abscence of battle music annoys me and makes me underlevel my character because i want to experience my custom (mostly anime based) soundtracks (thanks Yuki Kajiura!) encouraging me in every fight. Now i found this, and i will download it.
