Fixes oily vanilla hair! aka. the hair specular light.

Could't find a fix for this, so i made it myself. Hated the oily looking specular light on all the vanilla hair models. Included are also all horns and other "on-top-of-head" stuff.
See before/after picture.
This fixes the problem.
WILL WORK WITH ALL MODS, EXCEPT MODS THAT REPLACE VANILLA HAIR MESHES!
WORKS WITG ALL TEXTURE MODS!

No future version as this was sooooo many files du go through, and took forever.
