Yeah, it's as simple as this;
I put a plank of wood with the face of Plank from Ed, Edd & Eddy into the game. He's out by the wreck of the Brinehammer, north east along the coast near Solitude.
Just a silly item. Nothing more. No fancy spell, no fancy script, just an item.
EDIT:
Added an optional file where Plank is a weapon. Pick him up, take him to a forge, provide 4 iron ingots, 3 leather strips, and Plank, and boom. Crafted under Iron, requires Firewood to temper. Can be un-crafted in the Misc tab of the forge, and also lets you turn Plank into Firewood. But seriously, who'd turn Plank into Firewood? You'd be a bad birch for doing that!
