Nature's Lure - Throw Voice Shout
Description:
This mod replaces the Throw Voice Shout taunts with in-game animal sounds. The original shout plays 6 different lines randomly, which are replaced by one of 2 main versions:
Wild Beasts Version:
Replaces taunts with sounds of in-game wild creatures (wolf howl, troll combat roar, chaurus warning call and deer, bear and mammoth aggro warnings).
Birds Version:
Replaces taunts with sounds of random in-game birds.
Mute Races Add-on:
Some elven and beast races don't have audio files for the Throw Voice taunts. This mod is a replacer, so it can't replace files that don't exist. The Muted Raced Addon attempts to improve this by allowing said races to have a single custom sound (it's not much, but it's better than nothing), but it only works with the shout at full power, so it requires all 3 words to be unlocked. Oh, and despite being called an add-on, it doesn't require a main version to work.
Requirements:
Skyrim updated to version 1.6.89.0.6 (if using the esp file).
The esp file is optional as it only disables the taunting subtitles; if you don't play with subtitles enabled, you don't need it at all.
Install:
Copy or move the Data folder from this archive to your Skyrim root folder (delete the ThrowVoice_NoSubs.esp file if you don't need/want to use it).
Uninstall:
Go to the following folders:
...\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\data\sound\voice\skyrim.esm\femaleeventoned
...\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\data\sound\voice\skyrim.esm\maleeventoned
...\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\data\sound\voice\skyrim.esm\malekhajiit
...\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\data\sound\voice\skyrim.esm\maleorc
and delete the following files:
\voicepowers_throwvoiceline_000cedfe_1.fuz
\voicepowers_throwvoiceline_000e0cb5_1.fuz
\voicepowers_throwvoiceline_000e0cb6_1.fuz
\voicepowers_throwvoiceline_000e0cb7_1.fuz
\voicepowers_throwvoiceline_000e0cb8_1.fuz
\voicepowers_throwvoiceline_000e0cb9_1.fuz
The Mute Races Add-on has its own instructions inside the archive.
