This mod adds a haunted house player home in Falkreath by the cemetery. The house is abandoned except for a ghost dog who will become your follower. There's a vampire coffin in the basement that you can sleep in and a torture chamber down the hall with two victims in it.
The house also contains:
-Alchemy lab
-Enchanting table
-Cooking pot
-Bookcase
-Mannequins
-Display cases
-Storage chests
-Nine divine shrines
-A ghost dog follower
Installing
Drag and drop .esp file into data folder and the coffin.nif file in the meshes folder.
Uninstalling
Remove all items from the bookshelves, storage containers, mannequins, and display cases and then delete the .esp file.
