Ha! I spent so much time digging through Nexus and Google searches looking for just this sort of thing, and when I finally stumble across it it's by accident - and actually rather funny!
Not only does this mod work great, as a probably unintended bonus it can fix a problem with other mods that cause this dialogue option to disappear. Just load this mod later in the load order. Not only is the dialogue option back, it's now in a place that actually makes sense! Thanks for a great mod, endorsed.
@Nagini: I do not have a setup with EFF right now. It should not conflict with EFF. I went through the ESM and ESPs of EFF in TESVsnip and I find the following: 1) EFF does not appear to alter the DialogueFollowerTradeTopic. 2) No other EFF modded dialogue appear to use a priority of 93.
However, as stated on the EFF description, "Follower commands are executed via menu rather than dialogue". I don't know what method the author is using to set those menu item priorities in those custom menus. If it is leveraging the existing dialogue priorities field, then my mod should work; otherwise, it may simply have no effect.
