It was for myself first, to clarify my mind^^
I made a list of all cozy/lore-friendly player houses/homes with screenshots (no god/cheat homes!), to buy or not and/or by pack or not with quests or not. Very usefull to choose "quickly". You can install all homes, just check that it aren't at the same place on the map! 2 buildable homes mods, 4 homes packs and + 60 homes.

=>DON'T be afraid to go to the last number in the list, because some exterior houses are not really original, but interiors may be awesome (like number 67 ;) ), thus "always" click on "download". The choice never be so difficult...!
PS: Riverwood seems to be the place to be^^
