The boots are back! this was difficult due to the nonexistence of Acrobatics in Skyrim

Simply put, the boots give you a perk that reduces falling damage by 3/4. This means it is more effective than the Heavy Armor "Cushioned" perk.
I need a veteran papyrus scripter to check my work as i have little ability in papyrus.
Version .75 is on the way as well as location picture although the description below is pretty obvious.
A simple pair of what appear to be bartender shoes rest on the riften thieves guild's guild master's chest. A pair of boots that they have long since forgotten the significance. Will you take the pair of boots in the ragged flaggon cistern? Will you become Springheeled?
