A spell I Created to make a stream of light similar to Piccolo's SPC attack from Dragon Ball Z. With a bonus Fire Damage added to the spell its an apprentice level spell with 6 Magicka A Second. The Spell is Located inside a dresser in Fendals House at Riverwood. Not Much Else To It Just Comment How Much You Like The Spell. Thanks Guys.
