Dudes... I am a mad genius if I don't say so myself, if you want the most awesome enchanting table then try combing these three mods together. Step 1: Jeclredured - Enchanter Workbench Table II (for meshes, particle effect, candle and emblem textures - I use the BlueGreen and not Multi-color) Step2: LeanWolf's Improved Enchanter Candle Meshes (mod 53638 - use these meshes to make the candles look a 1000 times better - make sure to get the Jeclredured version and install the corresponding BlueGreen or Multi-Color that you choose in previous step) Step3: Black Marble Arcane Enchanter HD (mod 1957)- (Use these textures for the workbench as IMO they are better then Jeclredured and go really well with the other effects he added - you will need to rename the 3 workbench texture files to the names Jeclredured uses)
Obviously this is a little work and for people with experience manually installing mods but I think you will like the end result if you give it a try. And I want to give Naitoookami big thumbs up because this re-texture is sweet and goes great with the other mods combined. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198005549238/screenshots http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198005549238/screenshots http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198005549238/screenshots
How great this would be if the entire enchanter was replaced with the same amount of detail and care. Trying to use multiple mods to accomplish this effect, including yours of course.
You have unnecessary DXT5 compression on enchantingworkbench01.dds and enchantingworkbench01_g.dds. You only need DXT3 or DXT5 when a texture needs an alpha channel, which those textures do not. If it's DXT3 or 5 and doesn't need an alpha, then it's just wasting VRAM.

you would think enchanting table would be a little more special than some old carved out wood. the symbols don't even fit well on the vanilla.
thanks!
