Great mod! I'm using it for my own mod , thank you By the way, there is a lot of sunlight reflecting off the textures, does anyone know how to solve this?
The alpha channel of the normal map is black, so I don't think it's a problem. I also tried adjusting the specular values when adding to the landscape, but that didn't solve the problem.

I had actually asked this question over on your blog, but I suspect that this thread is looked at more often: Basically, I'm trying to make some of my own textures of size 1024 for the ground as you teach in that one blog post of yours, but I get this error in the creation kit:
"textures" " incorrect size" "Image must be 512x512"
The CK will show the texture must be 512 or less. But if you use more than 512 texture, then its fine. You might not able to see the texture in the preview section though.
I love the Hoddminir project! I really hope to explore this world some day. Downloaded the textures today but the groundtexture.esp refuses to download. Did you take it down?
edit 12/03: Nevermind, it worked today. Must have been a server hiccup.
Hi, I was trying to see that example world with all textures, but thye all are pink or black. Only far-distant textures are OK-when I approach to them ,they turn to pink...What is the problem?How can I solve it?
It's simple In the creation kit, in the Object window, open a Land texture you which to add an grass to (you find them under Miscellaneous/LandTexture). Once the landscape texture is open, you need to select a grass. You find them under WorldObjects/Grass, select a grass in the list and drag it over to the open landscape texture window (in the Potential grass window). Now that grass should show whenever you use that landscape texture.
