-ATTENTION- This mod is no longer supported. It should still work with standard Skyrim, but I won't be doing any further updates or porting it to SSE. If you're looking for a more up-to-date and complete Breezehome mod I suggest checking out
Breezehome TNF - Elianora's Flavour by Goatk and Elianora. It offers a great balance of form and function with the excellent attention to detail that all of Elianora's house mods are known for.
Breezehome Enchanter is a very simple mod and should be easy to reproduce on your own, but If anyone wishes to update it or use parts of it for their own mod, you are free to do so as long as no money is charged / it is not for business purposes. The only other thing I ask is that credit be given where due.
Now all we need is a grinder, workbench, skinning area, forge and smelter so we don't have to spend 10 seconds zoning out and going to the forge next to the gate. Plis.
If I use this mod, I get the enchanter's table no problem, but the option to upgrade the main bedroom no longer appears in Proventus Avenicci's list. Happened with two different characters so far.
I did, however, find a work around if anyone else encounters the same issue. Open up the console and input:
Great great great mod. I encountered one weird glitch, though... however it does not break a thing. When married and living in Breezehome, your wife will attempt to sit on the alchemy table. It's possible that her AI package causes her to not realize there's no longer a chair near the table. Link to pic, below:
@Restitutor Orbis and James4832 - Yeah, I have it set up so that it works with Hearthfire, but only if you choose the alchemy lab option. It would be a little strange having a table-o-soul-swapping in a kid's room.
@All the Strongbox suggestions - It was such a good idea I added it. Thanks!
Hearthfires adds the option of a children's room instead of an alchemy lab. Your pictures show the enchanter right next to the alchemy table. Do you have to have selected the alchemy option for this to work or will it fit into the children's room? I don't actually adopt any children, but I have multiple followers so I needed the extra beds.

Only little issue is that the clutter that you have moved/added refuses to stay put. (I just picked it all up.)
Thank you for this mod!
