   I too am hoping for an update.
   
   Turns out SkyUI is at ver 5.1 so this 4.1 version throws an incompatibility error for Map.swf.

      You can tell SkyUI to ignore those incompatibility errors in its MCM menu. All it's saying is that you're using a file built on the old SkyUI version, it'll still work however for map changes anyway.

      @Lordkabal26, I know your comment is really old, but I am also getting this error. Only the holds and quest markers have changed, everything else is white.

      if they decide to make updates, it should be optional. Maybe select with MCM or optional file to download.
      At this moment I think it's still good mod without any updates.

   Yep, this is my favorite Colored map markers mod, but needs some update t work with new functionalities on skyrm (scaling, markers outside borders, villages etc), I hope it happens some day,Thanks anyway for this great Mod

    Hey MisterPete, do you need to update your mod for the new SkyUI v5.0 or is it still compatible ?!?
    
    EDIT: Yup...it needs to be updated, I get that Error Code 6 message when opening the map !!!
