Adds a new fence from the start of the game, with a secret passage into Whiterun.

This mod adds a secret fence to the city of Whiterun from the start of the game, his shop also gives you a stealth entrance/exit to whiterun to help with your sneaking
I made this as i felt that Skyrim is alot less thief friendly compared to oblivion, thieving wine from the castles, ahh, many a day was enjoyed robbing places
I may add later special thievery objectives and targets
LOCATION: Behind the BlackSmith Shop Whiterun, external entrance is by a sewer grate in the city wall.
Installation:
Simply place the contents of the .zip into the Data folder in your skyrim directory
or
use a mod manager for ease
