   At first i had only snow then i tried to set Timescale to 20 i waited some hors then i got claer Sky.
   Now i got only clear Sky where ever i go Winterhold only Sunshine.
   
   Then i found that -> As Deepblue suggested, move ELFX below the RCRN esps, and for the moment, the only confirmed compatibility we have its for the main plugin, so I've been suggesting to remove the ELFX-exteriors esp.
   make these adjustments, console command "fw 81a" and make a save.
   Exit game, uninstall RCRN, double check all RCRN files are gone, then load save. Again console command "fw 81a" and make a new save, (not an overwrite), exit and run the RCRN beta installer.
   Load that latest save, and let us know how things go.
   Btw, if bashed patch includes the RCRN, its ok to place below. (patchera are one of the few exceptions: ie ASIS, SkyRe, bash etc)

   Tried that waited for 24 - 30 Hours in Winterhold but only sunshine.
   I dont want to play with a timescale of 20.
