Arctic blue re-color for Dragonscale.

Permissions and credits
Felt the original was such a dull tone so I spruced it up a bit with some blue and highlights. Gave it a very "cold" look to it, thus the name.''

Installation:
Copy contents of the RAR to your Skyrim install directory.

Uninstallation:
Remove the folder data\textures\armor\dragonscale from your Skyrim directory.
