I was able to successfully port this to SSE, on my PC, for my own personal use. I have no permissions, and therefore I would be unwilling to post my copy. But I can tell you how I did it, and there's nothing wrong with you doing the same work on your own PC for your own personal use.
I followed the steps here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17990? you can also find that page by searching "How to port (almost) any Oldrim mod to Skyrim SE (For Dummies)" I did not use Wrye Bash. All I used was the Creation Kit, and SSEEdit. This is actually a pretty tame mod to port over. There's no animations, no .nif's, no graphics at all. Just an .esp and a .bsa.
I did choose to repack the archive as recommend on that page. When doing File -> Save As to repack the .bsa. You may find that it does not want to save if the path is very very long. In a real pinch you can just save it to C:\Users\Name\Desktop\Temp\FileName.Bsa, just to get it to write it out, and then transplant it where it needs to be after that.
I get that some users are going to look at me and "Dude, don't be a dick, post it, save us the trouble." But I'm a programmer by trade, I literally make my living by people respecting copywright. I cannot in good conscience post without mod author's permission. Even if it's abandoned.

When I try to "align" the Phial for the first time, nothing happens. It just stays empty. I don't have any other mods that change the White Phial except aesthetically (White Phial Replacer). Most of the comments seem to be positive, so I guess the mod works for other people. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
EDIT: I just realized I have the mod "Better White Phial Effects" installed, which changes the buffs each version of the Phial gives you. That's probably why. Never mind!
well, this has become the most essential piece of equipment for a vampire character. I dl'ed it and tried. Drank a blood potion and of course nothing. went to sleep and upon awakening I had a ready to use blood phial. Essential, but better to keep a few extra phials on the side. 24 hr respawn time (y) Love it!
So, in conclusion, the white phial, normally something I do on my way to get that shout and then leave at home in a chest, is a useful part of my travel kit. Awesome job and thanks!
BTW, I wouldn't adjust the time. It's perfect and keeps this little gem from being OP. Love the mod and thanks for making the Phial useful to me!
Love the idea for this mod! Just stumbled on this a little while ago.
After playing around with it for a bit, I'm fairly certain that the White Phial breaks if you align it to your last copy of a custom potion. I assume this is because the game stops keeping track of what the custom potion is as soon as there are no copies of a particular potion in the game.
I tested by creating a single copy of a custom potion and aligning the WP to it - Consuming the WP left me with both a Full and Empty WP, but the potion effect did not happen. I then reverted to a pre-install save and created 3 potions identical to the previous test potion, aligned the WP to one, and deposited the rest at home - Consuming this WP worked exactly as intended.
As an aside, I would strongly suggest not aligning an empty WP to the full WP if you somehow end up with both in your inventory. Unless you enjoy having several empty Phials added to your inventory every second, of course.
If you unpack the *.bsa File then delete the bsa and move extracted folder with the *.esp file into the mod folder this mod will work with special edition. (I've done it for my game) If you want a better explanation you can watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P96QVzx6CIA.
I'm using this mod alongside Better White Phial Effects mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14607/?). Is it okay to merge this mod and that mod plugins?
