Version 1.0
Initial release.
The mod simply allows you to disenchant every god amulet (Amulet of Talos, Amulet of Mara, etc.), and fixes the Blessing of Talos enchantment so it is always a fixed 20% shout cooldown reduction.
Have fun!
If you're wondering why Talos enchantments are always set to 20%, it's because the only way of making it scale correctly would be to modify the game's source code, which only Bethesda can do. There's no way of accessing the scaling formula otherwise. And since the enchantment wasn't intended to be playable, it has a really dodgy scaling formula by default. The vanilla enchantment does not scale - at all. It only has an integer magnitude, meaning it's either 0 (0% - no effect on shout cooldown) or 1 (100% - instant shout cooldown). Or even higher, making the cooldown go negative. So instead of allowing the player to use either a useless, game-breaking, or game-breaking and glitched enchantment... I just made it so that it's always a 20% shout cooldown reduction. Also, I removed my fix for the vanilla Amulet of Talos descriptions (where they would always say 0% instead of 20%), because that fix is now included in the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, which you should definitely use if you aren't already.
