If you've already encountered one or more female housecarls in your game, there's always a possibility that female stance data got into your savegame and it is now in your save as a form of corruption. IT WILL OVERRIDE the new stance data from my mod causing the males who are replacing females to have feminine walking style. To fix your housecarls' walking style so that your new male housecarls can walk like men again, you will need to clean these data from your savegame.
How to fix the stance data (walking style) for the Housecarls you've already met in game: 1. Take everything of value from your housecarl's inventory, dismiss your housecarls, save and exit the game. 2. Download Save game script cleaner 3. Open the save you´ve just created, where your housecarl is NOT following you in that tool. 4. At the bottom on the right you will find a little window for RefIDs. You must enter BaseID of your housecarl there and click Delete and save. 5. Done. Load your cleaned saved game and go search for your housecarl, the walking style problem should be fixed now.
Base IDs of the housecarls who are replacing females: 000A2C8E - Ludwig, replaces Lydia 000A2C91 - Joonas, replaces Iona 000A2C8F - Hjoor, replaces Jordis
I love the new looks and the replacers, but... there are 8 housecarls. I imagine originally this was done before HF was out, but, and plan to cover the other 3?

Amazing mod..thank you so much.It works perfectly, and it's ok with nether's follower framework but Total character makeover must be disinstalled because interferes badly,regardless load order. I had HMH last in load order,included in bashed patch but Ludwig was Lydia,or bald, or the game recognized him only as Lydia,and NFF too. Eliminating TCM has solved the problem. I couldn't play Skyrim without HMH...missed Ludwig so much..
hey i don't have that TCM mod and im getting bald ludwig too. the load order is also important for that issue? Im gonna try place it in second since I have a mod that tells me to place it at the first esp.
Hi love the mod so much! Is there anyway you can make a patch to fix not being able to get the male housecarls after having no choice but to console command the riften/whiterun/Markarth/solitude house? I've recently uncovered the "unable to buy/ no dialogue" house glitch, even after going through the specific quests leading up to having to go about pleasing the citizens and having enough money, I still can't buy the player homes in the cities and when I type console for fixing glitch it gives me the female housecarl, mostly in riften:( in the whiterun it gives no problem since I dont have to buy the house in order to get ludwig he's just appointed as it even without house, riften the lady shows up, I havent tried solitude yet and I don't think they require buying house in order to get thaned but if they do I'll most likely get the lady as well idk why this glitch is suddenly happening even after my 100+ character playthroughs, before I had no problem getting the houses and housecarls but suddenly I dont have the option for house buy dialogue and since you have this mod and I only need to be able to get the male housecarls after console commanding house buying since this no dialogue glitch hasn't decided to leave my game, would this be possible to do or maybe if its not possible could you tell me the ref id's for the missing male housecarls, even if just the riften guy
