Is there any way for someone to take the idea behind this mod and make it for all the other armor/clothing pieces? I really want to run barefoot with nothing but Savior's Hide on a druid/wood elf run, but don't want to give up the light armor perks or enchantments.

    Thanks!

I can't believe it. It works! This is the only mod that actually works to make it invisible, but still keep the armor value! Well done!

this mod has not been updated in months. you like invisible helmets, maybe this is an alternative:

The number at the end is what really matters. Replace the number at the end of any link (for instance, this mod is 16575) with the number of that link (32999) and you'll go to that page. The html of this site changed at some point so old mods use the old links.

Has anyone successfully used this with SSE? I would love to have just this, but I do not know how to create mods nor do I know how to port one.
I would love to know if anyone has remade this or can make one like this for Special Edition. Google has so far only found this one.

      Update:

I have used this on Special Edition with no issues, and even poked around to allow use of circlets with the helmet invisible.
The downside is, I lack the experience to make this mod disable your real helmet, and use of some circlets can be downright cheaty. BUT - if someone wants this, message me and I'll see about getting you your own copy of this with circlet ability.

Again... it's on you to disable your visible helmet and wear this instead, as opposed to both this and the regular helmet/circlet. Good Luck!

These are circlets, not helmets. I need an invisible armored helmet to wear with a no armor circlet.

HI There Sarcis I have a problem with your mod.

The Invisible Falmer Helmet is indeed invisable but it now takes up both the face slot and the circlet slot which the original does not do.

Essentially what I wanted was to wear the Aetherium Crown and the Falmer helmet at the same time which I can do in the base game but It looks apsolutely Hideous. so I got your mod and hoped that the Invisible version would be the exact same, only to my Dissapointment that the invisible one takes up both headslots which means i can't have my Atherium crown equip aswell.

So could you please fix your Falmer Helmet as I have tried the helmet toggle mod but it is incompatible with the size adjustment mod so I can't use that either :/

Hey sarics, would be nice if you make a copy of this over on the SSE nexus, I've been using this mod for a while now (basically ever since SSE was released) and it works just fine out of the box with no issues at all. All you'd have to do is just copy paste all this over to the SSE nexusmods site.

It's pretty nice since it's a mod that doesn't rely on SKSE and allows the user to make invisible helmets for only the player, i.e. the only mod that works for SSE right now that will hide the player helmet but not the helmets of all the guards in the game.

It doesn't work for all craftable armors in the game it seems (I imagine you didn't make this with all the DLC in mind) but all the vanilla ones. (Would in fact be quite awesome if you'd update the mod so it will include DLC helmets.)

Used the CCO patch option in the installer while also having CCO installed and still unable to craft the CCO required helmets. I am using Wyre Bash for my leveled lists, would that cause the problem by any chance?

What armor mod is being used in the screenshots? it certainly does not look like Remodeled or Sexy Armors.
