A very simple mod that makes Ulfric's Gag (seen in the prologue) a playable item.
To acquire simply use console (~) and type:
player.additem 000F9670 1
Roll-playing ideas: I thought this would make an interesting item for playing a monk/mage character. Or maybe a greybeard who was born mute who has learnt to summon the power of the Thu'um telepathically. Or anyone who's a real silent type - I'm looking at you Strider.
