put all of your things into a container. go into third person, go to console, target yourself by clicking on your character and type "show inventory". remove any items by typing player.removeitem (item id) 1. this fixed me not being able to put on any helmets. I had two "dummies" and a few items with no names somehow equipped on my character.

Easily my favourite armor mod to date, probably until someone makes the armor Guts wore as the Vanguard cpt of The Band of the Hawks from Berserk with this much detail lol. Now onto the reason for my post, your script for the helmet doesnt seem to work after upgrading it in Perkus Maximus mod, im no modder at all but maybe it has something to do with the renaming of the items "Reforged" or "Warforged" Vanguard Helmet, please work your magic coz i love this set and i refuse to upgrade my helm simply coz of this niggle

Anyway, great mod.
Just delete the script folder (you'll have to switch manually between the 2 helmet versions if you want to open/close it)
Been playing Dragons Dogma recently and searched for something like this after enjoying the opening a closing helms in that.
While this Mod is awesome I cant seem to find any other mods that do what this helmet does.
I am looking for a helmet where the faceplate slides up over the top of the head like a motorcycle helmet.
Any advice?
