I have a published Breezhome mod and would hence never install ANY mod that would alter Breezehome as it would cause a conflict with mine. Upon installation I had massive conflict issues in Breezehome to the point where my basement access was missing and the floors were doubled up. I put this mod through TesVEdit and found that it makes tons of changes to Honeyside, Breezehome & Proudspire Manor. It looks like most of the changes are just wild edits which can be cleaned out safely. I'll try this solution and post my results here after.
Sadly, it seems that the author of this mod is no longer active as it hasn't been updated since its conception. I've used it in various past playthroughs and it doesn't seem to have many issues, however, I'm fairly easy going and I have never used the mod as a base home. I like the looks of it and visit or admire it as I go past it headed towards other locations. Its location is to the right on the path West, just a very short distance past Halfmoon Mill.
Lol! All it lacks is some sort of Hobbit style mailbox.
This mod works well for me even in Skyrim SE, its hilarious though, for some reason it puts a full elven armor set in every wardrobe i come across :)).
April 2018. My Skyrim is heavily modded (approx. 150) Everytime I try to enter the house "CTD" There are obviously serious issues, therefore will be uninstalling. Which is a shame as it's a great idea.
For those wondering where this lovely Hobbit home is, from previous questions it looks like it is to the West of Half-Moon Mill! (I haven't found it yet so I cannot confirm and it also doesn't show up on the map).
Also BEWARE, a major con and not-yet-fixed element (to my knowledge) of the mod that multiple people have reported is that, instead of just giving you a full set of Elven armor inside the Hobbit Hole's wardrobe, EVERY SINGLE WARDROBE IN SKYRIM WILL NOW CONTAIN A FULL SET OF ELVEN ARMOR AND NOTHING ELSE. This is an issue for me as I have installed Immersive Armors and I don't want to miss any potential items being overwritten by these Elven sets in side the wardrobes.
If anyone knows if the Elven armor wardrobe glitch has been or can be fixed, please let me know. Otherwise, I might just try to find an alternative Hobbit Hole mod.
I am sad, the creator of "Breezehome Upgradeable" states that this version of Hobbit Hole works, sadly it removes my basement =( I really wanted to enjoy this home, I hope this problem can be fixed in the future.
Oh darn... that's a deal breaker. I love the Breezehome Upgradeable mod. Already downloaded the Hobbit Hole mod, and was skimming comments before installing. Thank you for the info!!
