Update 1.2a - RELEASED - Wednesday, 23 May 2012, 02:19:30 PDT
>> Added Interiors - New ESP named RRBetterWhiterunInt.esp
>> A more polished version (See Screens)

Update 1.1a - RELEASED - Friday, 27 April 2012, 14:14:29 PDT - There are FPS choke points but are minor. Nothing technical heartbreaking. ;)
>>> My mod is at the lowest/bottom load order.. if that might help.
>> Floating rock bug has been fixed. Thanks to "karrakaz"
>> Some clipping issues fixed. Source by "Hitman9000"
!! If you see any bugs, try to take a screenshot if you can. That would help me see how I can fix it. Bugs and glitches we may encounter vary since we use different mods. Thanks guys.
> I will not add anymore images. More fun if you see it for the first time.
> Not advised for machines with 1GB ram. Requires 2 GB, recommended 4 GB.
> Not advised to go with "Beautiful Whitrun". It has no technical conflict but visual wise, it will look.. weird.
I am playing on:
- AMD FX-4100 3.6 Ghz
- Rad HD6770 1GB
- 4x2 GB (8 GB)
Contains 3 ESP's (RRBetterWhiterunInt, whiterunFortified and whiterunREVISION)
1. RRBetterWhiterunInt.esp - REQUIRED
>> Controls Interiors of ABWR
2. whiterunREVISION.esp - REQUIRED
>> Added buildings
>> Added shops and merchants
>> Added TONS of clutter for details
note: Some shops/stalls are currently closed (literally). They will be opened in future updates (Every Friday for the next 2 or 3 weeks)
3. whiterunFORTIFIED.esp - OPTIONAL
>> Whiterun walls at main gate are now fortified (light)
RECOMMENDED MOD - Strongly recommended for better visuals with whiterunFORTIFIED
Whiterun Outskirts Market by RadioBoX
1. What is the impact on FPS performance?
>> With update 1.1a, there are some FPS choke points for low to mid end machines. Requires 2GB ram (Better 4GB) otherwise it will load longer than usual.
2. Will this conflict the Main quest "Battle for Whiterun?
>> No, as I have left BFWR quest markers untouched. Only a clipping of a catapult with a house but its not noticeable since the house covers it up.
3. Is this compatible with other Whiterun mods? (eg. Beautiful Whiterun, etc.)
>> No if those mods involve big changes inside Whiterun city.
4. What ENB am I using?
>> ENB Jasmin, its gives quality and good FPS for my machine. (+ Imaginator)
5. The NPC's dont sleep?
>> Yes, as for now. I have not yet given them places to sleep. Will add it on the next update. Will also add more waypoints and markers for those NPC's.
6. Will I do other cities?
>> Yes, I will finish Whiterun first then do Solitude next for I have high hopes for that city. ;)
7. Will I add more Cells, Exteriors and Interiors? (Crucial question)
>> Some Interiors for some buildings, Maybe. Exterior? New places to go to, to walk on, new terrain? Maybe, maybe not (I want to keep the design of Whiterun that Bethesda made)
>> Extract rar then copy/paste DATA folder to skyrim DIR
If you dont like the mod, simply uncheck 3 ESPs. They will not cause damage. IF you want to be sure and safe. Leave Whiterun, save, quit then uncheck 3 ESPs, load , save, then play.
