A spouse friendly player home with all the necessities located across the road from Half Moon Mill.
The outside has:
- A workshop with a forge, smelter, tanning rack, grinding stone, workbench, and free ingots
- Stable with 5 different rideable horses. The horses are all protected so they won't be killed by any attacking dragons.
-Barn with goats, cows, chickens, a mommy & baby chaurus, and a miniature mammoth. You can also harvest free chicken & chaurus eggs.
-A garden with different vegetables and herbs
-Various flowers, herbs & mushrooms. Great for anyone training alchemy.
-A farm dog
Inside includes:
-Alchemy Lab
-Enchanting Table
-Shrine to Dibella
-Bookcase that holds 18 books
-Weapon racks & plaques
-Display cases
-Mannequins
-Storage chests
-A wardrobe that leads to a secret library with almost every book in Skyrim, including Shalidor's writings, spell tomes and skill books. Sheogorath can be found reading a book in the library. He won't mind if you take anything. You can even read his journal, which is on his desk. He also has some mead that he brewed himself. Drinking them will completely heal your stamina & health.

Installation
Drag and drop the .esp file into the data folder

Uninstalling
Delete the .esp file from your data folder

Version 1.2 Changes:
-Fixed the floating grass issue in the workshop & garden area
-Added another entry to Sheogorath's journal.
-Got rid of the barrels & crates in the library and added taxidermy animals.
Make sure you take everything off your bookshelf, mannequins, and weapon racks before installing the new version. Delete the old file first and then drag and drop the new .esp into the Data folder.

-Moved the mammoth & chaurus family outside since they were causing some players to experience annoying sounds in the house & barn.
-Added a family of rabbits and another cow to take the place of the mammoth & chaurus in the barn
