This is a tweaked ENB.ini file to give the sun blinding effects and objects great reflective properties.
this also raises the intensity of the moon, stars etc.
this mod is mainly intended for those who like those epic morning and night time moments.

im playing on a 2.4ghz AMD with HD Raedon.
this mod should not be a problem for anybody.
Going from the original ENB to this one effected my FPS in no way what so ever.
I would also recommend getting the Realistic Lighting Mods along with some realistic water mods. that is what i made the mod on so it will look the best that way. they have minimal FPS hits as well.
