I just downloaded this mod and like the room. Wish it had alchemy in it.
Also, big buzzkill, I can't get the enchanting table to work. I get the "Hit E" option, hit that, then the Disenchant/Enchant options shop up...but my character immediately backs away from the table like I've exited the enchanting option and it exits completely leaving me standing there stupidly..lol.
(Edit: I was in the middle of a game of tag with a local kid, once that ended there was no issue.)
For some reason the author has a small space of floor outside the walls of the interior, which causes followers to be trapped outside of the basement walls when they follow you inside. Since the floor panel reaches out to the 'inside' of the room (just in front of the left-side weapon racks/desk), you can't delete it with the console, unfortunately, at least not without creating a hole. You will have to either edit the interior via the Creation Kit or tell your followers to wait before you enter. Other than that it's a well put-together room.
Guessing the author isn't active anymore, but what the hell.
Firstly I frikin adore this mod, hell I wish I could get a room like this in my other homsteads. There are only 2 things that could be a nice addition.
Firstly adding a false back-panel to the wardrobe. Mainly cuz it seems more secrety.
Secondly, the 2 unused cabinets under the weapon racks by the walls, it would be nice having 2 weapon cases on each of those, to help balance out the abundance of dagger ones.
Maybe replace the shelf next to the enchanter with another bookshelf? And like others have said, adding it to the original cell so there's no loading would be groovy, though not sure if that's possible.
To summarize, I'm rubbish at maths but the mod is really good and I adore it.

Im sure the "secret" comes from having to use a wardrobe door (kinda like Narnia?) to get to the treasure room from the "non secret" basement and it's most evident hatch entrance. I love the actual placement of the hatch, as it allows to use any other house mod with basement (them allways use the entrance below the stairs) or even simple basement mods like Ekkii's, so please don't change that.
