Three balloons were added near Whiterun.
Please be sure to back up your save file.
Whiterun Balloon Site V2
V2 is straddling both Tamriel and Whiterun World.
Since significant changes have been made , this was treated as a separate MOD.

Installation : Unzip the file, and overwrite Skyrim Data folder. Or drop the esp into your Skyrim Data directory.

*The excessive object was deleted in order to improve FPS.
*The handrail was attached to the spiral staircase.
*You can fast travel to the deck of the balloon.
*Other small parts were adjusted.
