3.5.2 with NMM Installer is up. You can choose the option for the plugin compatibility, whether you have DLC or not. Well, I suppose that majority ppl whose DB has DG. For more detail, see "NEWS"

I have a question, you said that vanilla races will use the new directory for the animations, and custom races the default directory, so will all custom races have the same animations, or can each different custom races have different animations?
I'v installed "Requiem-The Roleplaying Overhaul" and your mod(with Requiem patch) the same time. but when I play a new game,it seems the Requiem was loaded twice ,and the perk turn to 6 -_-!!. And how could I sort the two MOD? thanks!
The compact all DLC version has a 50% chance of ctd-ing during loadingscreens for me (haven't tried the other PCEA versions). - I've tried moving it up the loadorder but it just gets overwritten then. - I've tried moving it to the very bottom but it still ctds 50% of all loadscreens. - I've tried only Official DLC + PCEA and I still ctd in loadinscreens. Tried all with a vanilla save that was made with only official DLC (no unofficial patches or whatsoever) and offcourse generating a FNIS each and every time.
PS: Using the "PCEA - 0 - DG and DB DLC - All Races.esp"
I'm a but clueless here now as I very much like this mod. Could problems like these occur due to a corrupt custom animation or something along those lines?
I'm still checking around but I thought I'd ask here and see if anyone knew something about it.
Edit: I tried the new FNIS 4.0 Beta 2 and it's allot more stable with that. Haven't seen a ctd during load so far.
2.Vanilla and Custom use the PCEA - Folder and the original character the Female or Male folder. If I copy the TBBP animation in the original folder, the custom races have the same animation. Why? Do I need to convert the HKX to HKT?
With the old version (i think 2.0) it was somehow better. no CTD's
PC (custom races) = use "Data-meshes-actors-character-animation folder NPC (vanilla races) = use "Data-meshes-actors-character-animation-PCEA" folder
Is that right?
I always have the problem with the right paths. When do I need default female or Male HKX and when HKT.
The manual is not bad but it could be more descriptive.
Would be nice if you could still work on something.

For some reason, the game still uses the sneak animations of the vanilla game. It won't read from the PCEA path, but the other animations work thought, just the sneak animations won't.
Same problem. I had the brilliant idea that I could just rename it to Requiem.esp and remove the other, because maybe that's how it was intended... but mind you, Requiem was updated to 1.7 POINT 3 with its patch, so I believe this version's is outdated anyway. On top of this, Requiem's now at 1.8.1 so... here's hoping you update soon xp32!
Anyone think this would conflict with Play Random Idle? I do use a custom race so I'm not worried about that, but I'm not sure if Play Random Idle would still work if I install this. Since any player animations should use the normal path then that should mean it should stiil work right?
Ran across this - hoping to hell it actually allowed one to customize it so that certain animations were applied to certain RACES, and NOT JUST THE PLAYER/CUSTOM RACES. Didn't take much reading to find out that this mod isn't worthwhile whatsoever for me, as - despite it making separate file paths for every race (or at least masquerading as doing so - according to the images) - the individual races aren't actually adjustable separately from one another. Instead, this simply makes it so the player can be "special". I want to make SPECIFIC RACES behave differently - REGARDLESS of whether or not the player is of that race. Examples: Apply the "Khajiit Cat Sprint and Sneak" animations to the entire Khajiit race, but NOT the other races; change the cowering animations for Nords and Orcs to one thing, while other races cower normal; Give Argonians an almost crocodilian swimming animation, while other races don't get that; have most other animations be generic across all races... If ANYONE can make a mod that gives THAT kind of flexibility, I would adore that. (By the way, the only example that actually had backing behind it was the Khajiit one. I'm not actually interested in the other two - as I just made them up as examples - but the swimming one would be interesting, I guess.)
I have the mod installed and I have ran FNIS gen user with the box ticked for PCEA... however it says that that PCEA is not installed... yet it's installed. I have no idea what to go about doing for this. (ignore this... same thing as Ghostflame... was running from incorrect location...)
I have installed this mod so that only PC will use the YY zweihander and YY mystic knight I have followed the installation process in the description but it seems that YY Mystic Knight animation is still being used by ME and the NPCs and the YY Zweihander is the only one that is used by my PC
Every time I install FNIS it destroys my game.Fore's New Idles-Skyrim is a peace of crap. Is there a possible way that a non-Fore's version of PCEA could be designed?
Now that a version of SKSE has been made available for Skyrim SE any chance we can get this mod over to the 64bit version of Skyrim? It sucks to play with out this mod.

but it seems that YY Mystic Knight animation is still being used by ME and the NPCs
and the YY Zweihander is the only one that is used by my PC
