Adds a retexture armor based on the imperial dragon armor from oblivion.

Adds a retexture armor based on the imperial dragon armor from oblivion. The armor is inbetween dragon bone and ebony and the sword is equal to daedric in damage. They can be obtained by crafting them at a forge with the ebony smithing perk. Mod is also available on the steam workshop.

-added an npc to blackreach debate hall who's carrying all the equipment. You'll have to kill him to get it.
-some texture edits.

**Going to make this a resource, so you can use it in your mods if you so desire. Obviously since this modifies bethesda's resources you can't use it outside of skyrim (not sure how or why anyone would, but figured I clarify anyway.) Just give credit if you use it. Also would like to know if you do actually use it, kind of interested if anyone actually wants to.**
