    Nice to have it rebuilt.
    People could rebuild back then because they didn't have so many laws stopping them from building. Did not need permits to do anything. They were free from government control..

      Free from government control?! Nice way to try to slip in some absurd libertarian agenda there, but you're forgetting Skyrim is a feudal society, not a free one: Skyrim part of a tightly controlled Empire, and each hold is ruled by a jarl, whose rule is pretty much absolute.

    Garagorn888: it makes a lot of sense, people in that time can build homes faster for several reasons
    -reason 1, they dont have jobs in offices so they mostly spend all there day in there village chopping wood or hunting deer,
    in there free time they do nothing at all course there is nothing to do at all exept for hang in the bar and drink yourself drunk,
    and when it comes down to it there lives are just dull and boring, if they can build a home they drop that work course they are glad something else finally came there way

    -reason 2, these are nords, powerfull people, they dont stop working on someting course they are "tired" or "cant lift something"
    they just mash it all together

    -reason 3, natural resorses are damn easy to find, they dont have to pay for the trees
    the yarl simply orders wood from riverwood to go to the repairs of helgen and stones, heck just pick em form the woods!

    -reason 4 these people dont get payed for re building helgen, THEY WORK FOR THE RIGHT TO LIVE UNDER A ROOF! so you can bet they build with all there might day and night so they can finaly get in there home to stay out of the rain and the cold at night!

    -reason 5 ITS A GAME!!! i dont want to wait months in game to pass untill they pass the first stage in rebuilding (heck i beat the game in a ingame month, by the time im bored of playing they have the city cleaned all out but not even started building)

    Well, the Inn's already got a link to... a Homestead (Ikr I was confused by this too).
    If this door's moved to the actual umm... Homestead, there's already an interior built by Bethesda that just needs some upgrades.

    And the Keep's obviously already got an interior.



    Oh and I'll open the CK sometime today and check out the scripts maybe. I was too busy yesterday, sorry.

    Out of curiosity,are you planning to make all the buildings include cells,or are the doors still not going to lead to nowhere?

    If you do find anything, please share it. I have tried disable and enable scripts on objects that have unique references and ones that I have made into quest aliases. For the first one, the CK complained that GetReference was not a command. On the second, it complained that the alias was undefined.

    I'm a bit of a newbie with scripting myself tbh.

    I did spend nearly a month on my Helgen mod though, so I know how incredibly badly Bethesda set up scripts, so I might be able to decipher their methods and find the appropriate scripts to work alongside them. I almost did already.
    I seriously have no idea which script I'll use though. I know vaguely how the scripts are named so I'll just search random scripts until I find one that works so that I can copy it and rewrite it.

    I'm at a bit of a loss with the scripting. Everything I try seems to fail. I hope you have a better time of it. If not, then I'll stick to just making each stage as a separate mod.
