I hope you enjoy this mod as much as I do. it's not the best mod in the world but hopefully you will all like it.

Method 1: via Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) for quick easy install.
Method 2: or through C:Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim/Data.

Update 1.5.1

Last update, contains two working player owned beds and one chest.
rock doesn't seem to disappear which did happen in earlier updates
companions don't seem to like it. might be for I don't have Nev. maps on it yet.
