A lovely mod with immersive and funny dialogue, decent voice-over, nice setting, custom assets (I especially love the irregular-shaped interiors), and a bunch of flaws, such as bad Navmeshing, missing objects (Thorian is sitting on an Invisible Chair in the tavern), badly placed objects (e.g. WallLean idle markers), dialogue text misprints (...), etc.
I like the place, it's really nicely done. Lagging a little but after trying almost every treehouse I'm glad it has proper interiors because lag is a common problem with them. little tricky getting followers upstairs but ok for the most part. Can't comment on any drunk dragons yet though! The voice acting is the most hit and miss I think I've seen in any mod lol. At least two of the NPC's are AMAZINGLY voice acted, you would never guess they were from a mod. Hearing a thick Scouse/Manchester (Still debating which one lol) woman with a terrible mic though is a bit off putting haha.
Did the mod author voice the village founder? Cos I smiled when he said "I built everything you see around you.." thought that was cool. But the tourettes line and the Nottingham (? another guess, sounds pretty Nottingham to me!) accent are a bit out of place
All in all I love it, I can over look a bit of voice acting easy enough, great for a Bosmer playthrough. Does have the ITM records though so will probably clean at some point. Endorsed!
I think this is a wonderful mod, and I have noticed that you worked on it recently. Yet I cannot download it, for it contains 33 ITM and 25 UDR according to LOOT. Until these are resolved, I cannot download it. Shame, for it looks to be such a good mod.
Thats actually an easy 10 or so click fix. Mind you Update esm has these issues as well as all the Bathesda DLC.
1. Tes5Edit 2. tick Pinewood village.esp box wait for it to load = like 30 seconds 3. right click Pinewood village on side panel 4. mouse over to "Apply Filter for Cleaning" and wait about a minute 5. Right click Pinewood Village again 6. Scroll to "remove Identical to master Records" click and wait 7. Right click Pinewood again 8. Scroll to "undelete and disable references" wait 9. Close tes edit 10. will be prompted to save click save done.
Run loot again and yup loot says its all good no yellow line.
Tis quite a shame that you feel the village is finished as I feel there would be more to add, more to clean, and more to make it seem like it was always meant to be there.
As I've stated on the video, I seem to experience a slight drop in frames when in Pinewood, the mic quality of the voice actors is slightly off-putting, and the traveling merchant doesn't seem to open up the merchant menu.

A patch would be very welcome.
Great mod.

But aside from that, it's absolutely beautiful.
