This is a plugin for SKSE. The plugin forces Skyrim to enable categories for containers (chests, wardrobes, etc). See the example image if you don't understand.

This plugin has been discontinued as it is now part of the SKSE core itself.
Either the UI mod you were using (such as SkyUI) will enable container categorization automatically, or refer to skse_whatsnew.txt for instructions on how to enable it manually.
