Good job, looks tremendous. Lovely touch to show the city lights at night. I won't use it personally because it doesn't "fit" into my mental game universe, but it's still seriously tempting!
Actually, a pretty cool idea would be to create an image of Earth from a different time, either ancient or future (post-apocalyptic) Earth. And create a backstory about Tamriel being the moon. Maybe in the future, the last survivors escaped to the moon and lost access to modern technology. The non-human races were the result of genetic experimentation thousands of years ago.
This mod makes me happy. I effortlessly created my own zip and this installed with NMM perfectly. I posted a sweet pic of this mod alongside of the HQ Milky Way galaxy replacer and with Phinix ENB. It says it uploaded but it's not showing. Excellent mod.
