Each item needs a variety of cookware to create. Stock up on that basic clutter.
The only item that needs to be crafted is the 'spoon', a batch of 5 can be made at an anvil using a Dwarven Metal Ingot. The standard clutter can also be crafted at an anvil if needed. Outside of the spoon, no glazed, nordic or dwarven cookware is needed.
The amount of hearts and flesh needed to craft a base ingredient of 'raw heart' or 'raw flesh' is rather high (4:1). Since there are a few mods already available that make collecting human hearts and flesh easier, this shouldn't be a problem.
Each dish provides healing, one combat bonus and one cloak spell.
